Do you offer Free Shipping?

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer free economic shipping on all orders over 75.00 within the contiguous United States. 
  • For orders under 75.00, standard shipping rates apply. 
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost to those who need their orders delivered faster. Please refer to the checkout page for expedited rates and delivery times. 
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. 

International Shipping:

  • We are unable to ship international at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and are continuously working toward expanding our shipping capabilities. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link to view the estimated delivery date and current location of your package.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible. 

Acceptable Criteria:

  •  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. 

 Free Return Shipping:

  • We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns in the continental United States.

Exclusions :

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to initiate a Return:

  2. Bring item to the store or pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. 
  3. Print and affix the return label provided by our customer service team. 
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at purchase. 
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges:

  • We offer direct exchanges at our storefront location in Prairie Du Chien.
  • With purchases online the fastest way for you to receive an exchange would be to return the item that does not fit for a refund and place an order for one in the correct size.
