• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

How to initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at Sales@Sportsworld1.com or 608-236-5118 to request a return authorization. 
2. Bring item to the store or pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. 
3. Print and affix the return label provided by our customer service team. 
4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at purchase. 
• Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges:

• We offer direct exchanges at our storefront location in Prairie Du Chien.
• With purchases online the fastest way for you to receive an exchange would be to return the item that does not fit for a refund and place an order for one in the correct size.
